David Fairley Gardening is a company dedicated to maintaining and creating wonderful landscape gardens. The company started out in South Leicestershire, the recognition of our work that has been carried out means that we also maintain gardens in Northamptonshire and West London including Chiswick, Fulham, South Kensington, Chelsea and Belgravia. Our team of three are all reliable, friendly and all follow a disciplined attitude to completing work to the highest quality, David won't accept anything less than that.

LondonI ordered 10 Ilex Crenata plants from David Fairley Gardens. The plants turned up in a cardboard box that was very damaged and unsuitable, in my opinion, send via Royal Mail. They were not protected in any way. After photographing the box, I opened it to find the plants on top of one another and two of them badly damaged. I again took photographs of the damaged plants. I politely emailed the company. David Fairley emailed back and said he had passed my photographs on to Royal Mail. I then heard nothing for a few days. I politely emailed again, and asked for a response. I got no answer. I emailed a third time and said I thought it was incumbent upon his company to replace the broken plants as it was his responsibility, to make sure they turned up in usable condition. To this date I have heard nothing. I have retained copies of the emails and all of the photographs. I think this company are not behaving appropriately. They haven't even had the courtesy to return my last two emails. I believe it is their responsibility to replace the damaged plants. Don't go near this company.
