Alex Lindsay, Director of Evergreen Garden Design and Build studied at Southampton University and Merrist Wood, Guildford. His BA in Art History has given him an informed knowledge of Modern Art and Architecture that is evident in his design work.

Design
Our aim is to create the garden of your dreams whether it's a traditional or an exciting, contemporary outdoor space. We offer our clients the benefit of both designing and building gardens, which provides our clients the assurance that a high standard is maintained from the design process through to the build completion. Our design process follows these stages:
The initial consultation:
This is an informal chat between the client and designer to discuss ideas and establish the clients overall aims of the project and an opportunity for the designer to view the garden. We are happy to give a free initial consultation within a 25 mile radius of our office.
The design:
The designer will produce a detailed scale plan and depending on the scheme, this is usually accompanied by a planting plan, sketch, material samples and image boards. A full quote for the project will be put together at this stage.
