About the Business
After working as an assistant garden designer for several years, I received a Distinction in an HND in Garden Design in 2001, and began my own garden design business. Since then, I have designed, advised upon and helped to create many gardens, ranging from small town backyards, to larger country plots. I have also been involved in community projects, such as the Settle-in-Bloom group, which was awarded the Silver Medal upon its first entry into the Yorkshire in Bloom competition.
My fundamental design philosophy remains constant, whatever the size or location of the garden: to create gardens that are in tune with nature, designed to evolve and develop over time, and which require low maintenance levels in order to sustain them.
